Indoctrination to Academic Lens Part 1
This paper displays the basic skills required of an undergraduate English major. This paper demonstrates the ability to create a coherent and consistent argument by interpreting an academic lens and applying it to a piece of literature.
The goal of the paper was to use a contemporary academic lens of Romanticism and apply it to William Wordsworth’s Composed upon Westminster Bridge, September 3, 1802 to reconstruct Wordsworth’s nuanced argument about the intrinsic capabilities for beauty within both nature and humanity.
