Synthetization of Academic Lenses in a Research Paper

This paper serves as the capstone project for the UCI English Undergraduate program which demands an ability to research, synthesize, and coherently argue a novel perspective on a piece of English literature.

The goal of the paper was to put a contemporary and feminist academic lens in conversation to create a novel perspective on Lady Gregory’s role in the creation of the play Cathleen Ni Houlihan and her influence on the iconography of the play in relation to Ireland’s sovereignty from the United Kingdom.
